2. Ticket Usage Policy and Attendance:

- Promoter and venue management reserve the right of entry and may conduct security searches.
- Ejection from an event does not entitle the customer to a refund.
- Leaving the venue during an event may result in no re-entry based on the venue’s policy.
- Restrictions on items brought into the event apply, and violating them may result in refusal of entry or ejection.
- TIQS, venue management, and the Promoter are not liable for lost or stolen items, or injuries incurred at the event.
- Customers are responsible for attending the correct event at the correct time; failure to attend is not a reason for a refund.
- Latecomers may be refused entry, and no refunds will be issued.
- Photography and recording restrictions may apply; customers agree to be photographed or recorded.
3. Ticket Delivery and Collection Policy:
- TIQS issues tickets electronically via email; customers must provide a correct email address for delivery.
- Electronic tickets can be printed for entry or delivered via SMS for some events.
- In some cases, electronic tickets may need to be exchanged for printed tickets at the venue.
- For ticket collection, customers must provide a printed copy of the electronic ticket and valid identification.

- TIQS is not responsible for issues, damages, or injuries arising from the event for which the customer purchased tickets.

- Personal information includes name, address, email, contact numbers, date of birth, and gender.
- TIQS may use personal information for order processing, delivery, customer support, marketing, and legal compliance.
