  • Promoter and venue management reserve the right of entry and may conduct security searches.
  • Ejection from an event does not entitle the customer to a refund.

  • Restrictions on items brought into the event apply, and violating them may result in refusal of entry or ejection.
  • TIQS, venue management, and the Promoter are not liable for lost or stolen items, or injuries incurred at the event.
  • Customers are responsible for attending the correct event at the correct time; failure to attend is not a reason for a refund.
  • Latecomers may be refused entry, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Photography and recording restrictions may apply; customers agree to be photographed or recorded.

3. Ticket Delivery and Collection Policy:

  • TIQS issues tickets electronically via email; customers must provide a correct email address for delivery.
  • Electronic tickets can be printed for entry or delivered via SMS for some events.
  • In some cases, electronic tickets may need to be exchanged for printed tickets at the venue.
