TIQS sells tickets on behalf of Promoters who organize and manage events.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred, except under specific circumstances.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers must check for any entry restrictions (e.g., age or dress code) before buying tickets.
TIQS is not liable if entry is declined by the Promoter for reasons such as failure to meet restrictions or disruptive behavior.
Refusal of Admission:
Promoters and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission without providing a specific reason.
No refunds from TIQS for customers refused entry or ejected from the event.
Refund Eligibility:
Customers can apply for a refund within 24 hours of a canceled or postponed event, limited to specific circumstances.
Refund situations include event cancellation, main artist cancellation or inability to perform, significant changes in performance duration or time, event postponement, or venue changes.
Refund Application Process:
Customers must apply in writing to TIQS.
TIQS will consider refund applications based on specific circumstances and may request supporting documentation.
Refund Method and Charges:
Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
TIQS may retain up to 8% of the refunded transaction value to cover administration costs and bank charges.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Minor changes in performance times or durations, changes to supporting artists, performance quality, technical issues, or personal enjoyment are not justifiable reasons for a refund.
Abandonment of an event due to uncontrollable factors (e.g., weather, natural disasters, governmental actions) will not result in a refund.
Agreement to Refund Policy:
By making a purchase through TIQS, customers agree to abide by this refund policy.
