Fast flexible, cashless options
The third module of the TIQS festival platform is our Payment System, designed to speed up ordering, reduce staff requirements, and cut
costs.
Visitors can use our self-ordering pillars to place and pay for orders without staff interaction. By entering a table number when ordering, the kitchen or bar receives the order directly, allowing food and drinks to be delivered efficiently — no waiting required.
For a more personalized experience, guests can still place orders with staff at physical POS systems, and VIP or premium areas, mobile POS points offer fast, convenient service with a touch of exclusivity.
All vendors can pre-load their menu information via online forms, saving time and reducing staffing costs.
TIQS supports all major payment methods, including credit and bank cards, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. The system can also operate as a cashless solution, where visitors upload a financial allowance to wristbands or passes at cashpoints.
Hybrid options are also possible, allowing programmed spending allowances for staff, artists, guests, and VIP packages.
Vendors benefit from an easy-to-use backend, where they can track sales and stock in real time. Each vendor can manage one or multiple
outlets under a single profile, ensuring smooth operations across your event.
