Flexible mobile POS & custom ticketing
TIQS mobile POS points can print physical tickets equipped with QR codes, containing any information or restrictions based on ticket category. Our main POS systems at event booths offer the same functionality, ensuring seamless check-ins for all visitors.
For a premium experience — perfect for VIPs or special guests — these systems can also print on wristbands or credit-card-sized passes, fully customizable in color or monochrome to match your event’s unique design.
Efficient & smart ticket checking
With TIQS, visitors can skip ticketing booths entirely. Our platform reads tickets and receipts from any pre-sale platform, allowing attendees to head straight to entrance lines and check-in points.
For high-volume events, our automated ticket checking units can scan up to one ticket per second. Each unit features a clear indicator: green for valid tickets, red for invalid, and orange if a ticket has already been used.
These systems reduce the need for staff, cutting costs while keeping lines moving smoothly. For a more personal or premium experience, we also offer mobile scanning solutions.
The TIQS mobile unit or our mobile app (available on iOS and Android) allows flexible ticket checks for smaller events or VIP areas. While processing on personal devices is slightly slower than our dedicated units, it provides a convenient and adaptable solution wherever you need it.

TIQS operates on a secure, closed-circuit system, ensuring live communication between every POS and ticket checking unit at all times.
When a ticket is scanned at one check-in point, all other units immediately recognize duplicate or re-entry attempts, displaying an orange warning screen to prevent misuse.
Our devices connect via your event’s Wi-Fi network to a local server, providing fast, reliable, and secure ticket validation across your entire venue.
